Pockets

The name is “ROCS” I am one of four Founders and President of Valley Vixens Motorcycle Club. Growing up my dad always had motorcycles, lots cars and trucks so going thru life I always had a thing for them. On the weekends when I was suppose to be inside helping my mom with housework I’d always sneak off to the garage to help my dad work on the cars and bikes or take off for a ride with him.
It wasn’t until years later did I know my passion would turn to where it is, with my Sisters, my Bike and the Road! Although I’ve been riding for 15yrs it wasn’t until now with this Sisterhood that it has meant more to me than any other time before in my life. It is one thing to ride but when you ride with the women you love it gives “The Love of the Ride” a whole different meaning.

My name is Pockets I am a Co-Founder of Valley Vixens MC. I have loved old cars and motorcycles all of my life. Unfortunately it took me 38 years to act on my love of motorcycles I have but one regret and that is not to have learned to ride when I was younger.  I bought my 1st Harley in June 06’ it was 2 months before I began really learning to ride! I would say for the 1st year I took it really slow, and avoided the freeway like the plague. During this time I met an awesome group of people from Bay Area Sportsters, it was with their support and guidance that I learned how to ride.  I can now ride a 400 mile day and still go out that night and ride some more.  I had never experienced such a feeling of family until we created the Vixens. Today my happy place is on my bike, the road and enjoying the world from a different view.  Now and forever I am a Valley Vixen and love my sisters with every moment and mile shared.  I’m honored to hold the position of Vice President and Road Captain II. I truly am living to ride, riding to live…

Catchup
I am Doubleshot, Secretary and Co-Founder of the Valley Vixens Motorcycle Club.  I learned to ride when I was 16 on a 250 Ossa.  It was great fun, especially since at that age I had no fear.  I didn’t ride again until after my kids were grown.  When I decided to begin riding again I started from the beginning and took a Motorcycle Training Course, shortly after I purchased my first Harley.  With the love and support of my family, my founding sisters and friends at BAS,  I gained confidence and worked through the fears I didn’t have as a young person.  I ride almost daily and love every minute and every ride.  I am looking forward to many new adventures and can’t wait to see what’s around the next turn.  These are the best years of my life.  I am a Vixen for life.

catchupMy name is Catchup I am a Co-Founder of Valley Vixens Motorcycle Club. I got into riding about 2 years ago after watching my mom riding around for about a year. I was amazed at how easy she made it look and figured if she can do it, so can I.  So with my mom’s encouragement and support I took the MSF rider course and actually passed! The best part began when I helped start and joined the sisterhood of the Valley Vixens MC. I hold the officer position of Treasurer. The other big and important part of my life is my beautiful daughter and a great fiancée. My Vixen sisters are wonderful about understanding the balance in all parts of my life. My fiancée joins me on a lot of rides and my daughter can't wait until she is tall enough to jump on the back! Some would say my riding career has been short, I would say it has been some of the best times of my life. I feel fortunate that I have a lot of riding years ahead of me as a Vixen!
